Do I need to be technical?
No. We ask about how your business runs, not how it's built. If you can describe how a piece of work gets done, you can do this.
What exactly is the flat fee for?
A fixed scope that we agree before anything starts: working time with you, a map of your workflows, and a written set of findings and recommendations. What is included is written into your service agreement, so there are no surprises.
Do you promise specific results?
No. We show you where AI is most likely to make you money, save you time, or improve your customers' experience, and what it would take. What you do with that is up to you, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome.
What do I need to bring?
Time with you, the owner or a key decision-maker, and a rough picture of how your day-to-day work gets done. We handle the rest.
What happens after the assessment?
It is yours to keep. Run with the plan on your own, or, if it makes sense, continue with AI Concierge (we guide you) or Workflow Automation (we build it for you). There is no obligation to do either.
How is this different from AI Concierge?
The assessment is a one-time audit for a flat fee that tells you where to focus. AI Concierge is ongoing, hands-on guidance where you build it with us beside you.
Is my information safe?
