Do I need to be technical?

No. We guide you step by step. If you can share your screen and describe how a piece of work gets done, you can do this.

Who owns what we build?

You do. Everything is built in your own accounts, so nothing is locked in with us and your team keeps the know-how.

Which AI tools do you work with?

We focus on Claude, but we're not married to one tool. If something else fits a particular task better, we'll tell you.

What happens in the first session?

We set up your AI workspace so it knows you and your business: connecting the tools you already use, writing down how you like things done, and choosing the best first task to improve.

What do I need to bring?

Your completed intake questionnaire and a computer where you can share your screen.

How is this different from Workflow Automation?

With Workflow Automation we build it for you. With AI Concierge we guide you to build and run it yourself, so you and your team gain the skills and stay in control.

What's the commitment?

We agree the length and terms together on your discovery call, and put them in writing in your service agreement.

Is my information safe?
