• Your role and, optionally, your company size and website URL
• Which of our services you are interested in
• A description of one task you would like to stop doing by hand

Client intake form

If we agree to work together, we send you a private link to a longer questionnaire. Your answers describe your business and how it runs: your company, industry, and team size; optionally an approximate revenue range; your name, title, email, and time zone; how you spend your time; the tasks, bottlenecks, and processes you want help with; the tools and AI products you use; and the outcomes you are after. Please do not include passwords, login credentials, or personal information about your customers in this form.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information through this Site.

Usage information (analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the Site. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your browser and device type, how you arrived at the Site, and interactions such as button clicks. When you send a contact request, we record that a request was made and which service it was for, but never your name, email address, or anything you typed. We have turned off Google's advertising features, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal we do not load Google Analytics at all. We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we're a good fit for your project
• Prepare for and carry out our work together, if you become a client (intake answers)
• Keep a record of our communication with you for our internal business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this Site and respond to inquiries. They process your information only on our behalf, to provide these services — not for their own purposes:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our hosting and infrastructure provider, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of delivering the Site and protecting it from abuse.
• Google (Google Analytics) — our analytics provider, which receives the usage information described above and processes it under its own terms.
• Our email delivery provider — used solely to route your form submission to our team as an email.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your Choices" below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any future sale or sharing of that information.
