How pricing and refunds actually work

If we take on your automation project, the scope, pricing, payment schedule, and any deposit, cancellation, or refund terms are set out in a separate, individually signed service agreement between you and Tekbot Automation LLC. Those terms — not this page — govern that engagement. We recommend reviewing them carefully before signing, and asking us any questions up front.

Questions about an existing engagement

If you have a signed service agreement with us and have a question about billing, cancellation, or a refund, contact us at information@tekbotautomation.com and reference your agreement.

If this changes

If we ever add the ability to purchase services directly through this website, we will update this policy to describe the specific refund and cancellation terms that apply to that purchase.
